Welcome to pak56. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pak56 ("pak56", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the pak56 website, mobile interface, betting platform, casino products, lottery services, and all associated features (collectively the "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing any part of the Platform, or placing any wager or game stake, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be unconditionally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account.

pak56 is an internationally licensed gaming operator. These Terms are published in English and apply to all players accessing the Platform from Pakistan and any other permitted jurisdiction. Where any translated version of these Terms conflicts with the English version, the English version shall prevail.

To register and maintain an active account on pak56, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the lifetime of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pak56 enforces a strict 21+ policy and will request documentary evidence of age — including a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) — before processing any withdrawal.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of pak56, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from pak56 or any affiliated platform, or be subject to a mandatory exclusion order.
• You must not be subject to a court order or legal restriction that prevents you from entering into binding contracts.

pak56 may request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by pak56 will result in the suspension of your account until verification is complete. pak56 reserves the right to close any account found to have been opened by an ineligible individual, and to void any bets or winnings generated through such an account.

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold one account only on the pak56 platform. Opening or attempting to open more than one account — whether under the same name, different names, or via proxy — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid email address, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and your date of birth. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. pak56 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify pak56 immediately via the live support channel.

pak56 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

All account balances on pak56 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pak56 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, Debit Card, and USDT (TRC20).

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited within seconds. Bank transfers may take up to two business hours. pak56 does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Withdrawals are processed only after successful identity verification (CNIC review). Approved withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed within 15 minutes during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same business day for requests submitted before 6:00 PM PKT.

Withdrawal conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Any deposited funds that have not been wagered at least once may be subject to an administrative review before withdrawal.
• pak56 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request at its sole discretion, which may extend processing times.
• In the event of suspected fraud or money laundering, pak56 may suspend withdrawal processing and report the account to the relevant authorities.

All sports bets placed on pak56 — including cricket, football, tennis, and all other available markets — are subject to the specific sport and market rules published on the Platform at the time of bet placement. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing a wager.

General betting conditions:

• Bets are accepted and confirmed only when a bet reference number is issued to the player. No bet is valid until this confirmation is received.
• Minimum bet stake per selection is Rs 100. Maximum bet limits vary by market and are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• pak56 reserves the right to limit, refuse, or void any bet at its sole discretion — including, but not limited to, bets placed on incorrect odds resulting from a manifest error.
• In-play betting markets are subject to automatic suspension during key events (wickets, boundaries, reviews). Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided and stakes returned.
• PSL and international cricket markets follow ICC playing conditions with additional pak56 cricket-specific rules governing abandonment, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern adjustments, and super over outcomes.

All settled bets are final. pak56 will only re-settle a bet in cases where a clear technical or pricing error can be evidenced. Requests for re-settlement must be raised within 48 hours of the relevant event concluding via the live support channel.

pak56's casino and slot products — including live dealer tables, RNG table games, video slots, and lottery draws — are provided by third-party game studios operating under their own gaming licences. By participating in these games, players additionally agree to the terms and conditions of the relevant game provider as applicable.

All RNG (Random Number Generator) games on pak56 use certified RNG systems that have been independently audited and verified for fairness. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual slot titles are displayed within each game's information panel.

pak56 is not responsible for service interruptions caused by the game provider's systems. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino session, pak56 will endeavour to resolve the outcome based on the game state at the time of disconnection, subject to the game provider's own disconnection policy. Players are advised to maintain a stable internet connection during live gaming sessions.

Game malfunctions — including display errors, software faults, or server failures — void all pays and plays affected by the malfunction. Any winnings generated from a known malfunction will be voided and the stake returned.

pak56 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer. In all cases, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as stated per promotion) before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement for sports betting bonuses is 5x the bonus amount; for casino bonuses it is 25x the bonus amount.
• Minimum odds: Bets placed to contribute toward sports bonus wagering requirements must be placed at minimum odds of 1.70. Bets placed at lower odds will not contribute to the rollover requirement.
• Time limits: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements not completed within the stated period will be forfeited automatically.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally to casino bonus wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute 10-20%. Full contribution rates are listed in each promotion's individual terms.
• One bonus per household: Promotions are limited to one claim per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times will result in bonus forfeiture.

pak56 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already claimed it, pak56 will honour the bonus under the terms published at the time of claiming.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the pak56 platform. Violation of any of these provisions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Opening or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or under any assumed identity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in any game or betting market to gain an unfair advantage, including chip dumping in poker and match manipulation in live betting.
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated betting or gameplay software that interacts with the Platform without human input.
• Arbitrage abuse: Systematically exploiting pricing discrepancies between pak56 and other operators, or exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with normal player behaviour.
• Money laundering: Using pak56 to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. pak56 maintains a strict Anti-Money Laundering (AML) programme and cooperates fully with financial intelligence authorities.
• Fraud and chargebacks: Filing fraudulent chargebacks with your payment provider in respect of genuine pak56 transactions. Any confirmed chargeback fraud will result in permanent account closure and recovery of all associated funds.
• Exploitation of errors: Knowingly taking advantage of software bugs, pricing errors, or system malfunctions rather than reporting them to support immediately.

pak56 is deeply committed to responsible gaming. We believe that gambling should remain an enjoyable form of entertainment, and we take our obligation to protect vulnerable players seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all pak56 account holders at no charge, directly from account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on the total amount you can deposit into your pak56 wallet. Increases to deposit limits require a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect; reductions take effect immediately.
• Session time reminders: Configure automatic on-screen alerts after a set period of continuous play, prompting you to review your activity.
• Loss limits: Set a maximum loss threshold per day, week, or month. Once reached, you will be logged out and unable to place further bets until the limit period resets.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a set period (24 hours to 6 weeks) during which you cannot log in, deposit, or place wagers.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or long-term exclude yourself from the pak56 platform. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

All content on the pak56 Platform — including but not limited to software code, platform architecture, user interface designs, graphics, logos, trademarks, odds data, game assets, written content, and marketing materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pak56 or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any Platform content without prior written consent from pak56.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any Platform software.
• Use pak56 branding, logos, or trademarks in any manner that could imply endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without explicit written authorisation.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract odds data, game content, or any other Platform data using automated means.

Any unauthorised use of pak56's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

pak56 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read in conjunction with them. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept pak56's Privacy Policy.

pak56 collects personal information — including CNIC details, contact information, and financial transaction records — for the purposes of account management, identity verification, AML compliance, fraud prevention, and the provision of customer support. This data is processed lawfully and is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

pak56 may share data with regulatory authorities, licensing bodies, law enforcement agencies, and payment processors where required by law or by the terms of pak56's operating licence. Full details of data sharing arrangements are set out in the Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak56's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the relevant claim.

pak56 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if pak56 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

pak56 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. pak56 will not be liable for any losses — including open bet positions — arising from Platform downtime, provided that reasonable notice of scheduled maintenance is given where practicable.

pak56 accepts no liability for losses arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, government action, internet service disruptions, payment network outages, or regulatory changes affecting the availability of the Platform in any jurisdiction.

pak56 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, pak56 will provide reasonable advance notice to active players via email or an in-platform notification, where practicable.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised each time these Terms are amended. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

pak56 may also update sport-specific betting rules, game contribution tables, and payment method terms at any time. Such updates will be reflected in the relevant sections of the Platform and do not require a revision of these core Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pak56 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any dispute regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Dispute resolution process:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: In the first instance, raise your complaint directly with pak56 via the live chat support channel. The majority of disputes are resolved at this stage within 24-48 hours.
• Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If your complaint is not resolved via live chat, submit a formal written complaint to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint". pak56 will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and provide a final response within 14 business days.
• Step 3 — Licensing Authority: If pak56's final response does not resolve the matter to your satisfaction, you may escalate the complaint to pak56's licensing authority. Details of the relevant authority are available upon request from the support team.

Players may not initiate legal proceedings against pak56 without first exhausting Steps 1 and 2 of the above dispute resolution process.
